Chullu Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg minced meat (lamb or beef)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 green chilies..chopped
- 2 tablespoons.. chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon.. chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon.. ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon.. garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ..crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon ..salt
- 1/4 teaspoon.. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon.. ground mace
- 2 tablespoons.. roasted gram flour
- 1 egg.. beaten
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well...
- Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
- Grill or pan-fry the kebabs over medium heat until cooked through...
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or salad...
Tips:
- If you don't have gram flour.. you can use 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs instead...
- If you want a spicier kebab, add more green chilies...
- You can also add chopped tomatoes.. capsicum, or onions to the kebabs before grilling...
