Paneer Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of paneer, cut into 1-inch thick steaks
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip the paneer steaks in the cornstarch mixture to coat both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the paneer steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Here are some variations on this recipe:

  • For a spicier steak, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cornstarch mixture.
  • For a more flavorful steak, marinate the paneer in your favorite marinade for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • To make a grilled paneer steak, preheat your grill to medium heat and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Enjoy...😊
